Joshua Mercer is vice president and co-founder of CatholicVote. He is Editor in Chief of the LOOP , a daily newsletter on politics and Church news read by 500,000 Catholics. He also serves as co-host of the LOOPcast , a thrice-weekly podcast on politics and church news. 

A graduate of Hillsdale College, Mercer has appeared on Fox News and been covered by the Los Angeles Times, Washington Times, Catholic News Agency and other national publications. He has previously served as Washington Correspondent for the National Catholic Register and Chairman of Students for Life of America. He volunteers his time with the Marian Center and also serves as President of the Board for St. Michael High School in Petoskey, MI.

Josh and his wife, Lori, live in northern Michigan and have six children.
